Employee involvement in reducing alienation in Russian environmental corporations

Sustainable development, encompassing environmental, social responsibility, and corporate governance issues, is a crucial development concept for many global companies. Foreign companies have long appreciated the positive economic effect of following these principles, which consists an increase in key indicators decrease staff turnover. Russian still consider sustainable activities optional element doing business do not expect additional benefits. Current conditions are characterized by high uncertainty dynamism, forces to look new ways improve efficiency. In companies, one may be reduce employees’ degree alienation employee engagement.
